Queenie explores the weight of unmet expectations and how our attachment to what life “should” look like can create frustration, resentment, and distance from the reality in front of us. From relationships and career expectations to the larger social and environmental changes happening around us, this episode is an invitation to notice where you may be resisting what is and shift from disappointment toward gratitude and possibility.

Because when we stop trying to control exactly how life unfolds, we create more space to engage with the present—and perhaps even allow the Universe to surprise and delight us.
